I made every mistake — pushing too hard, hitting setbacks, and wondering if I’d ever get back to moving freely.

Years later, as a physical therapist, I realized what I wish someone had told me back then: there’s a better way.

My Journey

I didn’t set out to be a physical therapist. I thought I’d be a psychologist. But life — and recovery — had other plans.

I earned my B.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2016, then went all-in on movement and rehab, graduating with my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020.

Since then, I’ve invested in post-grad training in pain science, biomechanics, athletic rehab, and movement optimization — because the learning never stops.

But here’s the truth:

None of that matters if I don’t connect with you.

The best rehab isn’t just about exercises or fancy techniques — it’s about understanding your story and giving you a map you can actually follow.

Beyond the Clinic

Family is everything to me. I am happiest when I am surrounded by my loved ones, and I carry that same care into my work.

When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll probably find me:

  • Lifting weights, rucking, or practicing yoga

  • Watching football (Go Cowboys!) or UFC

  • Reading and exploring new ideas

  • Having deep conversations that go way beyond small talk
